Architectural Change Request Form
Please submit an Architectural Change Form for any changes to the exterior of your home or property. This would include: siding, roof, gutters, windows, doors, patios, decks, sidewalks, driveways, solar panels, or in ground pools (above ground pools are not allowed). This is covered under Section 9.07 in the declaration.

Fence Architectural Change Form
(New Fences or Modification To Existing Fences)
Please note per Section 8.08 (c) in the declaration, you are required to submit a Fence Architectural Change Form if you are changing or repairing an existing fence or if you are constructing a new fence. The fence requirements are located in the declaration and include: placement of fence, type of materials used to construct your fence, and height requirements (4, 5, or 6 foot) as part of the WHOA Rules adopted by the WHOA Board of Directors. There are also certain lots within the HOA which are fence restricted. Please make sure to submit your forms prior to construction. If you have any questions, please contact our Property Manager or a WHOA Board Member.
