Association Assessments
Association assessments are typically mailed the last week in December. They are due by January 31st of each year. If your assessments are not paid in a timely manner, you could be assessed late fees and turned over for collections to our attorneys. Our association is run on a tight budget each year and in order to be able to maintain the association, we need to make sure that every homeowner has paid their portion. Each board member has a fiduciary responsibility to collect homeowner dues and to enforce the rules of the declaration.
**12/22/2023**
Due to a systems issue the 2024 assessments were not mailed as scheduled during the first week of December. We are currently working to resolve the problem and hopefully will have them to your shortly. Though they will still show 1/1/2024 due date please pay them no later than 2/29/2024.
If you have an issue with paying your assessment on time, please contact Mike Saville, Property Manager at RealManage at wheatlan@ciramail.com to set up payment plan.
