 Association Assessments
Association assessments are typically mailed the last week in December.  They are due by January 1st each year.  If your assessments are not paid in a timely manner, you could be assessed late fees and turned over for collections to our attorneys.  Our association is run on a tight budget each year and in order to be able to maintain the association, we need to make sure that every homeowner has paid their portion.  Each board member has a fiduciary responsibility to collect homeowner dues and to enforce the rules of the declaration.

If you have an issue with paying your assessment on time, please contact Freda McKay, Property Manager at RealManage at [email protected] to set up payment plan.

Pay Your Assessment Online

Access your account at www.ciranet.com/residentportal or via CiraMobile, available in the Apple App Store for iOS and Google Play Store for Android. You will need to Resident Number - Starts with an R and is on the upper righthand corner of your bill.  You can then enter your address and R number to create the account.  Once you have created the account you can either pay by eCheck or credit card.  The credit card payment does have an additional fee of $14.95.  This does not go to the HOA and it is a charge by the payment vendor.  If you pay by eCheck, it is free to do.
