About the Wheatlands
991 homes, one community, in southeast Aurora, Illinois.
Who we are
Wheatlands Homeowners Association (HOA) is a master association with 991 homes, including 557 single-family homes and 434 townhouses, in Aurora, Illinois. We are located in Will and Kendall counties on the east side of Aurora. PreK–12 students living in our HOA attend Community Unit School District 308.
The community is split by Eola Road and Keating Drive to the north and Sunrise Circle to the south. Townhomes in Ogden Pointe, Summit Fields and Harvest Run sit within the Wheatlands and also belong to their own sub-associations.
