Assessments & Budget
Assessments are billed annually and due January 1. Here’s how to pay, and where your dues go.
Pay your assessment online
- Go to the RealManage Resident Portal (ciranet.com/residentportal), or download the CiraMobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Find your Resident Number. It starts with an “R” and is in the upper right-hand corner of your bill.
- Create your account using your address and R number.
- Pay by eCheck (free) or credit card.
Credit card payments carry a $14.95 fee charged by the payment vendor. It does not go to the HOA. Paying by eCheck is free.

Why dues matter
Our association runs on a tight budget each year, so every homeowner needs to pay their portion. Each Board member has a fiduciary responsibility to collect dues and enforce the Declaration. Late payments may incur late fees and be turned over to the Association’s attorneys for collection. Assessments are owed by all single-family homes and townhomes in the Wheatlands.

Townhome sub-associations
If you live in the townhomes in Ogden Pointe, Summit Fields or Harvest Run, you also pay monthly assessments to your sub-association (Associa or FirstService). That is in addition to the annual Wheatlands assessment.
